Congress wins the Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections
News Update : YSR Reddy sworn in as the Chief Minister on Andhra Pradesh for the second consecutive term on Wednesday, May 20 2009
The Congress has managed to win the Andhra Pradesh assembly elections winning 155 of the 294 seats in the state. The main opposition party, TDP, gave a good fight this election leading/winning around 100 seats, but it wasn’t enough to remove the incumbent government of Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.

In another feather in Congress’ cap, they have also managed to win 33 Lok Sabha seats in the state.

Caste Based parties like TDP, PRP will win once or twice, but cannot fool the electerate all the time. I think Enadu and Andhrajyothi should come out of this caste biased writings. You cant fool the people all the time.

Who is kidding whom? I guess religious pandering parties such as Congress will win eternally because they care much more about the uplift of the minorities than the uplift of the entire country. They are the most corrupt party on the face of this earth which a has enjoyed make poor poorer and the rich richer with their quasi free market government. Countries around the world were blessed with the right leaders at the right times in their history and as a result ended up where they are. For a while it appeared that Gandhi, Nehru and Patel put India on the right track but it appears we got off the track when the dynasty took over. For the poor of India the day will never come because we have reformer wannabes whose core competency is corruption and sole goal in life is the subjugation Indian spirit.

Out of the options available, we can say that the congress is better than others to rule Andhra and India. Forget abt caste and religion. who does not like to make hay while the sun shines? In the present scenario and situation, Congress is better than the BJP and the regional parties. People have given a clear madate.

Before someone talk about the caste, realize the fact that who is rulling the AP.The predominet caste is Reddy.Observe the base level administration to high level, only caste is Reddy.
Naidu is the only guy who never encouraged caste based politics. Write somthing generic irrespective of caste. Blaming is easy but facing the world is tough.If you have guts face the politics and rule the world.
